Why Visit Forda Farm Bed and Breakfast?

Forda Farm Bed and Breakfast is a 4 star, GOLD, farmhouse B&B, on a working sheep and beef farm, close to the North Devon and North Cornwall border. When you visit us you can take a walk around the farm with our resident guide, young farmer Angus during which you may see some lambing or spy some kittens. Perhaps you will speak to the farm dogs ( if they have a few minutes of from their work ) or see some of our elusive wildlife which we have in abundance, but they do tend to be quite shy.

Perhaps you will visit us and take a trip to Bude or Tintagel, some of the National Trust properties around Devon and Cornwall, such as Lanhydrock or Castle Drogo. Maybe you like walking on Dartmoor or the South West Coast Path, or maybe gardens are more your thing , then R.H.S. Rosemoor is a must.

Some of our guests come to stay with us because they are attending courses or weddings at the following nearby venues:

  • The Rectory, in Pyworthy.
  • Buckland Filleigh House, Buckland Filleigh.
  • Zoe Gertner (woodcarving)
  • Rowden Atelier Woodworking School ( fine furniture )
  • British School of Yoga
