Tamar Room

A bright, airy room which is ideal for couples, singles or siblings.

A B&B room with it’s own, private entrance.

Double bed size: 6ft wide by 6ft long

Forda Farm bed and breakfast lies in a secluded valley, close to the North Devon and North Cornwall border. It is bordered by 2 small streams which flow into the local rivers. Our farm is named Forda as it was once a fording point over the streams, where now a bridge crosses. This is why we have named our guest rooms after the two main rivers in Devon.

Tamar room

The Tamar room is a detached, self contained bedroom. It has an entrance porch where you can leave your shoes and dirty wellies and hang your coats.

Your room has all you need for your comfort and has a private entrance. Enjoy a comfortable nights sleep in a super king size bed or in twin beds. (Note this bed is a standard 6 foot in length!) Please make your choice when you book. The heated towel rail keeps your en-suite shower room cosy and your towels warm too.

Two individual tub chairs and a television are also included for your comfort. A dining table and folding chairs are now added so you can eat your meals in your room in comfort.

The beverage tray is stocked with your choice of the following : tea, instant coffee, real coffee, fruit tea, hot chocolate and low fat hot chocolate too. Val can also supply you with Camomile Tea, Earl Grey, Peppermint Tea, or Decaffeinated Tea, biscuits and local fudge are also in your room to complete your welcome. Fresh milk is provided daily in a small bottle and also bottled water too. A digital app is now available for Forda Farm Bed and Breakfast which contains all the information so you can make your choices before arrival.
